How to use
Our candy-making process is actually the “same” process as it was in early times. In fact, our business name was born out of this concept. Vintage Confections, while translating to “old candy” is really more of an old process with a 21st century twist. We use an old process of boiling sugar and water and transforming it to suit the 21st century using technology and innovative concepts. The process starts with boiling sugar, water and corn syrup to 300 degrees. The syrup is poured into any number of shaped molds after adding flavors and colors. Our edible art pieces are a three step process that involves encapsulating images and then pouring the back of the lollipop into the mold and adding sticks. The pieces are then cooled, unmolded, hand polished, hand wrapped, hand packaged and shipped all over the world.
